Ovenbird for Figma
Design review and handover are processes too. Ovenbird reads the file's status, comments and versions, and tells the designer or the engineer the next step your design process requires.
In development · designed as described here, not yet connected. Ask for early access; everything else on this page works today with your documents.
Why teams connect it
- Design review is a process tooAccessibility sign-off, component publishing, handover: as next steps on the file.
- Comments and versions readResolution state and history are evidence.
- One commentNothing else is written.
What flows, and what doesn't
What it reads
- Files and pages: status, last edited, version history
- Comments and their resolution
- Links between Figma files and issues in Jira, Linear or ClickUp
What it writes
- One comment on the file when the person records what they did
- Nothing else
Processes teams run on it
How it connects
- Designed, not yet connectedOAuth (Figma API) with file read access to the teams you choose and comment write access.
- Least accessRead scopes for the objects you choose; write access limited to one note or comment, or none.
- Per workspace, encryptedEach workspace connects its own account. Credentials are encrypted with a separate key and never shared between workspaces.
Questions buyers ask
Does it write to customers or change records?
No. It writes one internal note or comment when a person records what they did. Statuses, replies and approvals stay with your team in Figma.
What does it need access to?
OAuth (Figma API) with file read access to the teams you choose and comment write access. Each workspace connects its own account; nothing is shared between workspaces, and credentials are stored encrypted.
Does it work before the integration is connected?
Yes. Paste a link to a process document and describe the situation; the next step and the course exist the same minute. The integration adds the record's own history as evidence.
