Ovenbird for Zendesk

The ticket stays in Zendesk. Ovenbird reads it, finds where it is in your triage process, and tells the agent what comes next, then records the internal note.

In development · designed as described here, not yet connected. Ask for early access; everything else on this page works today with your documents.

What it reads

  • Tickets: subject, status, priority, requester, organisation, custom fields
  • The conversation: public replies and internal notes, in order
  • Links to Jira, Slack or other tools in notes
  • Help Center articles when they are your process documents

What it writes

How it connects

Questions buyers ask

Does it write to customers or change records?

No. It writes one internal note or comment when a person records what they did. Statuses, replies and approvals stay with your team in Zendesk.

What does it need access to?

OAuth with ticket read and internal-note write scopes. Use a dedicated agent seat for the connection. Each workspace connects its own account; nothing is shared between workspaces, and credentials are stored encrypted.

Does it work before the integration is connected?

Yes. Paste a link to a process document and describe the situation; the next step and the course exist the same minute. The integration adds the record's own history as evidence.
