Checks and bottlenecks

Find where work will get stuck, and logic that doesn't hold, before you publish.

⚠ Checks in the Builder toolbar shows problems on the board. Cards with a problem get a coloured outline and a badge; click a finding to jump to its card. Each one says what's wrong, why it matters and how to fix it.

Checks look for:

Approvals and waits with no time limit or escalation.
Handoffs between people, and one senior role owning most of the steps.
Parallel paths that need the same person.
Decisions with no Otherwise path, and loops with no exit or limit.
Steps nobody can reach, and routes to steps that were removed.

AI review reads the whole process and adds three to six more findings, marked ✦.
