Plans and limits
Every plan has the whole product; they differ in people, processes and guided answers.
Every plan includes Ask, Learn, Design, runbooks and every integration. Plans differ in how many people and processes you can have, and how many guided answers you get each month.

Seats
A seat is an active person or a pending invite. You choose how many seats to pay for; deactivating someone frees their seat.
Trial
New workspaces get 14 days of Business for up to 10 people, with no card. When the trial ends, the workspace moves to Free unless you've picked a plan. Nothing is deleted, but Free's limits apply: if you have more than 3 processes or people, you can't add more until you upgrade or remove some.
