Publish a process
Make a draft live in Ask and Learn, in Ovenbird or as a Confluence page.
Click Publish in the Interview or the Builder. Only owners and admins can publish.
Ovenbird checks the process first. If something is missing, it asks each thing once in a short form: the name, when it applies, who does the steps in a stage, or when a stage is done. Fill them in and click Save and continue.
Choose where it lives
- Save in Ovenbird: stored in your workspace and added to Processes straight away. Good for drafts and pilots.
- Publish to Confluence: creates a page in the space you choose (Space key, and optionally a Parent page ID) that everyone with access can read and comment on, then adds it to Processes. Needs the Atlassian integration.
Click Publish. From then on, Ask and Learn use it.
Publish again
Edited a published process? Its card in the Studio shows Unpublished changes. Click Publish again to update the same process everywhere.
When you publish a draft that improves an existing process, the original stays as it is. Turn it off in Processes once you're happy with the new one.
Your plan's process limit applies. See Plans and limits.
