Connect Slack search

Let Ovenbird find Slack threads about a ticket, for more context in answers.

With Slack connected, Ovenbird searches Slack for threads that mention a ticket and uses them in the next step: decisions made in a channel, workarounds agreed in a thread.

In Manage → Integrations, open Slack, paste a Slack User token (it starts with xoxp-) and click Connect. Ovenbird finds what that Slack user can find, so use an account that can see your team's channels and none it shouldn't.

Threads used in an answer appear under 💬 Conversations, and as Slack chips next to the claims they support.
