The demo uses a made-up support ticket ("Report totals don't match the CSV export") with a linked Jira issue, call notes and a Slack thread, so you can see everything an answer can show: the process map, the next step, the evidence, the buttons and the note for the ticket.

The demo doesn't need any integration and isn't used as feedback for any process. It does count as a guided answer.
