Manage the process list
Turn processes on and off, filter, edit details, test links and delete.
Each process is a card on Design → Processes, grouped by area.
Find a process
Use the area chips, the search box ("Search name, document or description…") and the filters All, Enabled, Disabled and Link problems.
Turn a process on or off
The switch on each card turns the process On or Off. Turned off, it isn't used for next steps or in Learn, but nothing is deleted. Use it to pause a process.
The card
- When it applies and Look for, the process's routing texts.
- Connections to other processes, for example "↪ Runs QA regression". Click one to jump to that card. See Connect processes.
- The link status: "✓" with the document title, words and version, or "✕" with the problem.
- ☰ Runbook, ⎇ Workflow, ◷ Simulate and 🎓 Course: the process's views. See View a published process.
- ✎ Edit workflow opens the process as a board in the Studio. See Edit a published process.
- Review with a count, when there are suggested edits. See Review suggested edits.
- More: Details (name, document, when it applies), Test the link, Versions and Review.
Delete a process
Open More → Details and click Delete. The document itself (in Confluence or Google Docs) isn't touched. A process written in Ovenbird is deleted with its text. To pause a process instead, turn it off.
