Team training records
Who is trained on which process and version, how well it holds, and whose refreshers are overdue. Document changes lists recent changes as Needs retraining or Wording only. Export CSV downloads it.
Reports
- Coverage by process: how much of the team is trained on each process.
- Progress by person.
- Activity in a period.
- Question quality: scenarios that may be unclear.
- Weak spots by stage: where people get it wrong.
Each report has filters, Export CSV and Print.
Tip: Practice scenarios that several people miss also show up as signals in the process's Review, so the document can be fixed, not only the people retrained.
