Model where work piles up with your own numbers, and compare what-if scenarios. Business plan.

Simulate (a tab in the Studio, or ◷ Simulate on a process card) plays your process forward with the numbers you give it. It's part of the Business and Enterprise plans.

Set it up

Items per day and the Pattern: Steady, Monday-heavy week, or Steady + one burst.
Hours per day, Days to simulate and Target lead time (h).
Per stage: People, Hours / item, how often each path is taken, and how often work is Sent back.

Press play to watch items move through the stages, change the speed, step One hour forward, or go Back to day 1.

Read the result

The verdict says Keeps up. or names the bottleneck. The table shows throughput per day, average lead time, the slowest 10%, and how much goes over your target.

Compare Scenario A with a What-if B (for example one more person in review), use Copy A into B to start from the same numbers, and Save scenarios to keep them.

Note: It's a model built on your assumptions, not a measurement of real work.
