Set job roles

Tell Ovenbird what each person does, so courses focus on their stages.

Only the workspace owner sets job roles, for everyone including themselves.

In Manage → Members, type the role in the Job role column (for example "Product manager"). It suggests the roles your processes already name. Clear it to remove it.

Use the same words your processes use for owners ("Support agent", "Release manager"), so Ovenbird can match people to the stages they do. See Courses for your job role.

Job roles don't change what anyone can access; that's the Access column.
