Export or close a workspace
Download everything in the workspace, or close it.
Only the owner can do these, in Manage → Workspace → Workspace data.
Export workspace data
Export workspace data downloads a file with the workspace's processes, chats, lessons, learning progress, designs and signals. Integration keys aren't included.
Close the workspace
Close workspace asks you to confirm. Then:
- Everyone loses access immediately.
- The subscription is cancelled at the end of the paid period.
- Everything is deleted after 30 days, unless the owner reopens it from the sign-in page (Reopen) before then.
