Edit a published process
Open any process as a board from its card, change it, and publish the update.
On Design → Processes, each card has a button to open it in the Studio:
- ✎ Edit workflow, for processes designed in the Studio or written in Ovenbird. It opens the process's board. Publishing again updates the same process.
- ✎ Improve in Studio, for processes in Confluence, Google Docs or on the web. Ovenbird reads the document and builds a new draft from it. Your original document isn't changed; when you publish, it becomes a new version.
If Ovenbird can't read the document automatically, it says so: describe the process in the Interview, or build it in the Builder.
Writing processes Ovenbird reads exactly
A process written in Ovenbird's own format opens as a board exactly, without AI. It's the format of Process document (.md) exports:

Inside Do:, a step can carry its tool in brackets ([Jira]), its owner in parentheses at the end ((QA)), a time limit (within 2 days), what happens if it's late (; if late: escalate to the lead), and what it needs and produces (— needs: logs; produces: a bug report). Lines starting with Decide:, In parallel, Repeat: … until …, Run the process “…” and End: create the matching Flow steps, with their contents indented below.
