Integrations overview
What Ovenbird reads from each tool, and how connections work.
Owners and admins connect tools in Manage → Integrations. Click a tool to see what it Reads and Writes, and to connect it.
| Tool | What it's used for |
|---|---|
| Jira & Confluence | Read Jira issues for next steps; read process documents in Confluence; publish processes to Confluence |
| Freshdesk | Read tickets, replies and notes for next steps |
| Slack | Find Slack threads about a ticket, as extra context |
| Read process documents in Google Docs, and Google Meet call notes |
Ovenbird reads the record and its history and never contacts a customer. Keys are encrypted and used only for your workspace.
Important: A connection is shared by the whole workspace. Everyone in the workspace can get answers based on what that connection can see, so connect with an account whose access fits the whole team.
Disconnect
Open the tool and click Disconnect. Ovenbird stops reading it; nothing in the tool is changed.
Tools that aren't available yet
Tools marked Coming soon have an I want this button: click it to tell us you need it. Process documents on any public web page work today without an integration.
