Create your workspace
Sign up, start the 14-day trial, and what you agree to.
A workspace is your team's space in Ovenbird: its processes, chats, courses, designs and integrations. Nothing in it is visible to other workspaces. Whoever creates it becomes its owner.
Sign up
- Go to ovenbird.tech and choose Start free.
- Fill in Your name, Work email, Password (10+ characters) and Company / workspace name (usually your company).
- Tick both boxes: that you accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and that you accept the Terms on behalf of your company and are authorised to do so.
- Click Create workspace.
You land on Ask, with the Get started checklist at the top. We email you a welcome message and a confirmation of the agreements you accepted.
Your free trial
Every new workspace gets 14 days of the Business plan, for up to 10 people, with no card needed. A pill in the top bar shows the days left (for example Trial · 9d). When the trial ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan automatically unless an owner or admin picks a paid plan. Nothing is deleted. See Plans and limits.
Joining an existing workspace instead
If your team already uses Ovenbird, don't sign up: ask an owner or admin to invite you. The invite email has a link that creates your account and adds you to the workspace. See Accept an invite.
Note: You can belong to several workspaces with one account, and create more later from the account menu. See Switch between workspaces.
