Invoices, payment and cancelling
Update your card, download invoices, and cancel.
In Manage → Billing, Manage payment & invoices opens your billing portal, where you can:
- update your card,
- download invoices,
- cancel the subscription.
Cancelling
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. The workspace then moves to Free; nothing is deleted.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Billing shows "payment failed, update your card". Update it in Manage payment & invoices.
