Refreshers and process changes
Short refreshers keep what you learned, and changes to a process tell you what to relearn.
Refreshers
After you pass, short refreshers come back after about 2, 7, 30 and 90 days: three scenarios, about two minutes. If it Still holds, the next one comes later; if it's Slipping, it comes back in two days.
Due refreshers are listed at the top of Learn and offered under answers in Ask (Refresh now).
When a process changes
Being trained is tied to the version of the document you trained on. When the document changes:
- If only the wording changed, you see what changed and a Got it button: click it and you're trained on the new version.
- If the steps changed, the course shows Doc changed and offers a short Refresh on what's different.
Owners and admins can see which changes need retraining in the team training records. See Team training records and reports.
