Designer access

Decide which members can draft processes in the Studio.

Owners and admins can always use the Studio. Members need Designer access.

To give it, an owner or admin opens Manage → Members and turns on the switch in the Designer column for that person. Turn it off to remove it.

Designer access is a permission, not a cost: every plan includes Design.

Members with Designer access can draft processes, but publishing them is for owners and admins. Members without it see "Designing processes needs designer access" in the Studio.
